Lumi is a cliend-based wallet, it means that we do not store any of your data on our servers.

If you are using the app, just delete the app from your phone and all the data will be deleted. 

If you are using web version of the app just close the tab with the wallet.

If you bought or withdrew crypto via the app and went through the KYC procedure, to have your data deleted please reach out to our partner Simplex at support@simplex.com and they will assist you.
