There are 2 most common reasons why you you cannot send your tokens:

1. You do not have enough ETH on your account to pay the network fee.

In order to send Ethereum or any Ethereum-based token (ERC20 tokens), you need to have enough ETH in your account to pay the network fee. Otherwise, your transaction cannot be completed. The amount of the required ETH commission for the transaction is displayed in the "Fee" field.

Unfortunately, there is no way to pull the fee from the exchange.

2. The fee for the transaction is too small.

If you try to send your coins or tokens but the transaction keeps failing, please try to change your fee. If you were using cheap, try setting regular. In case you were using regular try fast or custom. This might help your transaction to get posted to the blockchain.
