We work with our partner Simplex to process the buying of crypto.

Together we work hard to support the fiat-crypto purchases in as many countries as possible.

But due to legal requirements and regulation there are restrictions on buying the crypto. The list of the countries where purchase transactions cannot be approved changes frequently. This is why we cannot provide a full constant list.

However, we can share the following restrictions.

If you are from the United States, the following states are not supported at all: 

• Hawaii (HI), 
• New York (NY).

FATF high-risk countries are not supported. You can find the list of FATF high-risk countries here. All the countries that are in the FATF grey- and blacklist are not supported.
